Parent Coaching
We understand firsthand how overwhelming it can be to be forced to wait months, sometimes even years on ABA clinic waiting lists. To help our community we have launched an affordable private pay parent coaching program for families in El Paso who are stuck on multiple ABA clinic waitlists. This program is led by our Clinical Director and provides parents with immediate, practical ABA based strategies they can use at home.
Behavior Supports for Adults
ABA isn’t just for kids. Through the Texas Medicaid Waiver program, we provide behavior support services for adults with IDD, focusing on independence, crisis prevention, and daily living skills. Our team creates personalized strategies that respect each individual’s dignity while supporting families and staff members.

Fieldwork Supervision Program
Finding unrestricted fieldwork assignments that will prepare you for your first year as a BCBA is a thing of the past with UnrestrictThis! Gain experience through real world cases from working with children in a clinic setting, writing an FBA for a school caseload or updating treatment plans for adults with IDD in a residential facility.
BCBA Consults & Mentorship
Our mentorship program gives new BCBAs hands on guidance in assessments, parent coaching, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. While our consultations help provide extra one to one support for your most challenging cases. Together we'll work towards building up your clinical skills so that you can lead your team with confidence.
