School Age & Complex Cases
Progress shouldn't stop between the ages of 8 and 10. We help children and families that have been turned away from early intervention programs.
We continue to work with your child to reduce behaviors that interfere with learning while building communication, regulation, and independence skills.
We prioritize:
- Function-based behavior reduction
- Skills that generalize beyond the clinic
- Parent inclusion throughout treatment
- Clear criteria for progress and graduation

We provide structured behavior and adaptive skill services for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need continued support in daily life and community settings.
Services focus on:
- Daily living and self-care skills
- Community participation and safety
- Communication and self-advocacy
- Reduction of behaviors that interfere with independence
Growing as our field advances
Behavior therapy is not static and neither are we.
TMC is committed to ongoing learning and clinical growth so that families receive care informed by the most current evidence and best practices available. This commitment supports clinical decision making, flexibility in treatment, and continued improvement in the services we provide.
Fieldwork Supervision
Our fieldwork supervision immerses student analysts in real world clinical decision making across pediatric, school, and adult IDD settings. Student analysts gain experience with assessment, treatment planning, and program revision to build the judgment and skills needed to practice confidently and ethically beyond certification.
BCBA Consults & Education
We provide consultation and education for BCBAs seeking support with complex cases, assessments, and treatment planning. Our approach emphasizes clinical reasoning, ethical decision making, and practical application grounded in current research and best practices.
